Production: 38-40 hl / ha
Soil: tuff with bluish marl (Neive) and sandy, gravelly (Treiso).
Average age of vines: 25 to 35 years.
Fermentation: stainless steel for 15-18 days
Aging: 12-16 months in French oak barrels.
Color: ruby red, full of garnet.
Bouquet: full of fruit (cherry, black cherry), spicy (white pepper and pipe tobacco) that give way to a final bitter chocolate and fresh mint.
Taste: warm, harmonious, with pulp mind confirming a great pleasure.
